I thank my DVR to liberate me from the daily frustration of seeing commercials. I DVR everything so I have not seen the commercials, but occasionally I noticed at the end without a recorded content, and I’m forced to watch commercials for a while. The thing that really bothers me is that advertising is often much louder than the show you watch, and sometimes it can make a big difference in volume between the channels.
